Observations
The blog world is suffering. People aren't posting very often. When they do post the things they write about are rather shallow. I figure the reason blogs are not doing well is because bloggers don't have very much time to update a decent post.Here are some observations I have made over the past weeks about blogs:
1. People appreciate it when you post.
2. Pictures are well excepted because it gives your readers a visual image of the subjects you refer to.
3. Short and sweet posts are well received.
4. The deeper the subject of your writings, the nerdier the responders. The funnier/lighter the topics the goofier/ r the commenters.
5. Due to number five a blogger should consider his audience when posting
6. Verses and quotes are well received
7. Every blogger has his devoted commenters that will comment every post regardless of the topic.
8. The knowledge I have gained from blogging can be used in other fields. For example writing for a newsletter.

I agree to most of these, although I take exception to #7. Last week I received two comments on eight posts.
All seem rather well observed. Wonderful job. I'm startin' to rub off on people! ^_^
