Get outta here! I have watched Ben Her a couple of times and I never saw a red car. Where exactly did you see one? I gotta go watch that movie again.

there are several rumors about that scene in the movie. they say the guy that got run over died after the chariot race. they say there is a red corvette. they say there is a guy in the audience with shades on. I have never seen any of these things. I heard an interview on the radio with someone who was involved with the movie (i can't remember weather it was an actor or someone on the filming crew)who said that all of those things were not true. However I think I may have heard that on bob and tom so it may not be too trustworthy.

How far is "The distance"? I've seen Ben-Hur...but no car. Dont you think that a movie production that large would have the common sense to make sure no cars were on the set?

The theater version of Fellowship of the Ring had a car visible in the background at one point.

I'll have to remember that bit about Israeli stamp gum, even though I don't have any unused Israelis. Leave it to the Orthodox Jews to regulate everything.
