thank you

I feel really good about my biology test. We shall see how I do, but I feel happy.

"All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the spirit.
Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established." Proverbs 16:2-3

What do you think of the verses?

Twas good seein' you today.

Well, our righteousness is as filthy rags to Him. We can only be saved by accepting Christ as our Savior.

We may be able to justify our reasons for doing whatnot, and making it seem as though it's pure, but God truly knows our motives behind it.

Eg. Instead of helping someone just to help and serve, they're doing it to get something out of it.

If we do it for God, He will bless us. We don't even think about that though because we just want to serve.

Yay. Glad you feel good about your test. I am thankful to have one down and two to go.

A little different thought on the verses would be this:

My ways may look perfectly good, pure and justifiable in my analysis of them, but I don't see clearly. I need to entrust my ways to God for my own good and protection because He indeed does see clearly and broadly (the big picture).

Thanks for posting them and asking because it made me take those few precious minutes to capture my thoughts and meditate on the words of our Lord. Love you!
